METRO Cash & Carry recognised this commitment for the first time this year with the “METRO Community Stars” award: more than 50 self-employed entrepreneurs in 17 countries were awarded the honour.

LOYALTY PAYS. Exactly 50 days before METRO Cash & Carry’s birthday on 27 October, the company started its anniversary campaign “50 Super Deals – the Grand Anniversary Finale”. In 24 countries, METRO Cash & Carry offered a selected product at an especially attractive price every day for seven weeks – not least to thank customers for their many years of loyalty.
